System Update on PREMIAX it's started

The upgrade of our portal will begin today. At 15:00 UTC, it will not be possible to log into your account until further notice (the ending time will be confirmed in a future email).


If you have not already done so, you should download your transaction statement on your profile, as it will be reset during the update.


What to do during the upgrade:
1. Check your email inbox. We will be writing to you to update you on the work in progress.
2. Be patient. In the end, you will have a faster and more efficient portal. You will find your wallets as you left them.


We would like to remind you that we will be asking you to set a new password after the update. You will receive the reset link via email from this address. Make sure it comes from info@premiax.com before clicking the link.
